Order & website terms
Practical information to review your choices and place your order with clarity.
Products & prices
Each product page presents its main features, directions and price in Moroccan dirhams. Delivery charges are added where applicable, and the total appears before order confirmation.
Reviewing & confirming an order
Choose your product and quantity, then check your details, basket and total. Correct any errors before confirming. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to explain the situation and an appropriate resolution.
Payment & delivery
Cash on delivery is available within Morocco. Delivery is included from 199 MAD; below that amount, the charge is 29 MAD. See the delivery and payment page for details.
Using the products
Follow the packaging instructions and directions for each product. Illustrative images and diagrams explain textures and care principles and should be read alongside the product description and instructions.
Support & returns
Contact us about an order or question, and see the returns and exchanges page for the steps to follow. Consumer statutory rights apply and are not restricted by these terms.
