Returns & exchanges

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Keep the packaging and order contents until we explain the return process.

Tell us what happened and include photos if possible. We will arrange a resolution and cover the return costs for a wrong or defective product.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the amount paid is refunded within 15 days of exercising that right. We will agree a suitable refund method for a cash-on-delivery order.

The withdrawal period may extend to 30 days if the required information was not confirmed in writing. This page does not limit your statutory rights.
